Marea my boyfriend?

I envisage planning a fishing trip for my boyfriend. We live in New Jersey, and I do not want to steal anywhere. I think on a weekend in New York or in a place where fish can, in the Atlantic. I need to procure a license fishing? (Never keep the fish.) I want a house or something this weekend too. Any suggestions for good places to play in what are in the north-east and near other places of interest in obtaining the weekend. I think to go somewhere between September and November ...

Outer Banks Carolina North. It is not that far from the North East. The fishing is absolutely beautiful in the fall. You can fish in the waves, rivers or the sea and it is almost guaranteed to catch something. An additional advantage is that there. The prices are reasonable.
